Introduction
Business Talent Women’s Incubator (BTWI) was established in 2006 through an initiative of the Liberal Women’s Brain Pool (LEOS) and with funding from the Ministry of Labour and Welfare and Agency of Labor & Social Welfare commenced operations in 2007. BTWI is a Limited Liability Company and is headed by a Board of Directors while having three full time staff and six contract trainers.
Business Incubators are organisations that aim to incubate new and small businesses through the difficult first years and reduce failure rates, unemployment and increase income generation within areas of poverty and low income. They operate as an entity where all funding is used to sustain the incubator and provide free services to clients.
